Self Healing Body and Brain Meditation Group Session - Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 8:30am (Location: Klahhane Gymnastics)

Introduction:

Bring more calm, connectedness, joy and open-heartedness into your life by activating your innate power to heal yourself through mediation. This meditation session offers a variety of self-healing stretching, sound healing, and meditation practices to create balance between body and mind to cultivate healing from within.

You’ll expel old energy from your body’s systems and surround yourself with positive, healing vibrations. As you shift from thinking into being, you’ll slow down your brain waves and let your inner peace emerge. You’ll reconnect to the power and beauty of your heart that is filled with love, joy, compassion, and gratitude.

Class Outline:

In a typical class, you may experience:

  1. Awakening the Body - Experience stretching and rhythmic vibration exercises to release tension and open up the meridians and blood vessels to circulate energy throughout the body. Create space in the muscles and organs to receive oxygen for rejuvenation and healing.

  2. Relaxing into Being - Breathing, dynamic movements, and energy meditation to shift from thinking into being and quiet the mind.

  3. Sound Healing - Use the power of the human voice, as well as other instruments, to open and balance your chakras and let the energy in your body flow smoothly. Specific sounds activate the senses and lower stressed brainwaves to a very calm and meditative state.

  4. Receive Energy - Use breath and other techniques to gather energy in your body to experience deep relaxation, while maintaining enhanced focus and mindfulness.

  5. Opening the Heart - Guided meditation to listen to your heart and bring out the innate qualities of love, joy, and compassion of your being.

Gut Health Detox & Belly Button Healing Group Session - Monday, Wednesday, & Fridays @ 10:00am (Location: Klahhane Gymnastics)

Introduction:

This class features exercises for overall gut health. All disease begins in the gut. During this class we will go through a series of gut movements to help our Immunity, metabolism, toxicity, emotional balance, joint health, and mental clarity.

A typical class follows this format:

Stretching opens up the meridians (energy channels), blood vessels, lymphs to circulate energy in the body first. Creates space in the muscles and organs to receive oxygen for rejuvenation and healing.

  • Intestinal Exercise

    Gentle push and pull of the lower abdomen massages the intestines to increase blood, lymph, and energy circulation and movement of food and waste through the gut.

  • Belly Button Healing

    Allows for more targeted massage of the gut and stimulation of the important acupressure point at the navel.

  • Breathing Postures

    Energy is accumulated and released through the breath. Learn how to gather energy in the core and promote flow from the head to the toe. Powerful release of stagnant energy will take place here.

  • Energy Sensation

    Become one with the energy of life flowing inside of you. Energy sensation technique silences mental chatter to focus your mind on energy itself. Experience deep relaxation while maintaining enhanced focus and mindfulness.

  • Cool Down

    Light stretching to cool your body down and ready to start your day.

  • Access to updated stretches, warm-ups, tips, and tricks


Mind, Body, and Soul Package - $120/month

Includes: 

  • Consultation with Coach Kelsey & Coach Steve

  • Five workouts per week (includes warm-up and cool-down mobility)

  • Guidance on fueling and feeding the mind, body, and soul

  • Access to videos with demos and explanations 

  • Access to updated stretches, warm-ups, tips, and tricks


Private Training/Sports-Specific - Cost TBD

We understand that some human bodies may move and operate differently than most and these workouts may require further modifications. We also understand that you may be looking for something very specific for yourself. This may be your category and we encourage you to reach out to us so we can come up with a customized plan together. This is also a good option if you have chronic issues, are rehabbing an injury, or want thorough attention on fixing a problem area.

Includes:

  • Three safe and challenging workouts each week for all ages and fitness levels

  • Weekly mobility focus

  • Teaching and implementing life skills through creative and inspirational activities

  • Encouraging and fostering a positive mindset for life

  • Weekly coach check-ins regarding activities assigned

  • Access to online live classes with coaches

  • Option to participate in online challenges and competitions amongst peers in the community


Youth Private Training/Sports-Specific - Cost TBD

Includes: 

  • Personalized workouts (number determined after initial intake)

  • Customized mobility plan

  • Rehabilitation and problem area focus

  • Weekly coach check-ins regarding workouts, questions, or concerns
